1. Service Scope

Total Retention provides technical infrastructure, creative design, and strategic management for email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing channels. All services are provided as consulting and implementation on a "best-efforts" basis.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to third-party platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.) and ensuring that all products and brand claims comply with local consumer laws. We are not responsible for the performance of the client's internal shipping, customer service, or product quality.

3. Results & Benchmarks

While we implement high-performance technical protocols, specific revenue increases or deliverability metrics are influenced by external variables (market trends, seasonality, ISP algorithm changes). Past performance and case studies are not a guarantee of specific future results.

4. Technical Access

By requesting an audit, you authorize Total Retention to review your provided data strings and backend dashboard configurations for diagnostic purposes.

5. Liability Limitation

Total Retention shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our technical recommendations or campaign execution.
